gir1.2-dbusmenu-gtk3-0.4 software package provides typelib file for libdbusmenu-gtk3-4, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-dbusmenu-gtk3-0.4
